Project Overview
Every year, Residence Services at the University of Alberta employs over 150 students to work within residence communities and several other volunteer leadership positions. The hiring campaign aims to attract a diverse range of candidates by leveraging a multi-channel promotional strategy, ensuring widespread visibility across campus and online platforms. By creating a dynamic and engaging hiring campaign, the university fosters a strong residence staff team that enhances the living experience for students on campus. For this project, I was in charge of both the design and photography aspects of the campaign.
